We ask for a payment of 50% of the cost of the package upfront and the other 50% when we notify you that we have completed the project.

Once you have paid your 50% down payment we will ask you to let us know who else will be appearing in the film and what other media (photos, video) you would like included. We will then ask you to forward these items to us

Filming will take approximately three hours which will include setting up the equipment and lighting, carrying out the actual interview and also taking some additional video of you and any other persons included in the film.

We normally film in teams of two. There will be one camera person and one person to carry out the interview and answer any questions or queries you may have on the day.

That is entirely up to you. We think it is nicer to film in the subject’s natural environment but we would like you to be totally comfortable on the day and so we leave it up to you to decide where you would feel most comfortable.

Our films start at £3000 and the exact cost depends on several factors including how many locations you would like to film in, how many people you would want to include and how long you would like your film to be.

Each TOLD films package consists of a 3-7 minutes highlights movies, a 30-60 minute movie and 90 minute interview.

It takes up to 21 days from the shooting day for your final movie and package to be completed.

Absolutely! We find that the best films are the ones which feature the widest number of people and viewpoints. So the more the merrier! Just let us know at the time of reserving your film of who you would like to include in your film
